Overview
To showcase why Nike should be the employer of choice for jobseekers, I worked with the Talent Acquisition team to transform their career site into a premier digital destination for potential talent. My new design layouts enriched the experience by focusing on the candidate’s journey as the site’s primary objective which created a new brand voice for how Nike speaks to candidates around the world.

Site Structure
Refined navigation menu is fixed to the top of the browser portal to reduce the user’s need to scroll to the top access other pages.
Consolidated menu gives users the ability to find the department they’re looking for faster and with fewer clicks.

Content cards
Fixed to the bottom of all pages throughout the site, graphic content cards direct users to the pages specified. Users’ behavior will determine which content cards are displayed by accessing their browser’s cookie data.
Photography
The new approach to photography focused on the relationships among employees and the campus culture and less focus on athletes and fitness.
This shift gave candidates a better understanding of what working at Nike is like and allowed them to imagine themselves on campus.
I had the pleasure of working with Ryan on the redesign of the Nike Career site. In less than two days of him arriving we had blueprints and amazing creative ideas, that our team would have never been able to accomplish without him!
